RAK SPRAY PLASTER

DESCRIPTION–

RAK Spray Plaster Finish Coat is a spray-applied acrylic plaster, ready-to-use, ideal for interior building surfaces, giving superior quality, and suitable for surface finishing on all types of construction substrates prior to painting or to finish the ceiling with decorative textures.
RAK Spray Plaster FinishCoat can be used on well-rendered surfaces which require only up to 3mm plaster coat thickness and as the finishing topcoat for RAK Spray Plaster (Base Coat) . It can be used directly on gypsum boards and on precast concrete surfaces as a final coat. After spraying of RAK spray plaster FinishCoat on any surface, primer application is not required before painting.

APPLICATION- Surfaces for application should be clean with no damages. RAK Spray Plaster Finishcoat can be sprayed or manually applied. After spraying of RAK Spray Plaster Base Coat and curing and drying, spray two coats of RAK Spray Plaster FinishCoat. Use a spatula to ensure evenness of surface after the first coat. Curing should be minimal; however 12-24 hours is recommended depending on ambient conditions.
Before painting on this surface where Fine Finish Coat has been applied, no primer needs to be used. After immersing the spray gun in water and washing the top of machine, cover the RAK Spray Plaster in the container with a thin film of water. To resume spraying, remove the excess water from the machine and recommence spraying.
Tools and equipment should always be cleaned out with water and wiped dry to ensure smooth re-use.

PACKAGING & STORAGE
RAK Spray Plaster is supplied in 25 kg plastic sacks. These sacks are transported in heavy duty cardboard cartons on a disposable pallet of 1 MT unit. Pallets should be kept in covered storage protected from direct sunlight and excessive heat or cold. Pallets should never be stacked on top of each other. Store so that the oldest material is used first.

SHELF LIFE- Must be protected between 5oC and 30oC. 6 months in unopened airtight containers.

CLEANING- Clean all tools with water after use.

HEALTH & SAFETY- As with all chemical products, caution should always be execised. Protective clothing such as gloves and goggles should be worn (see packaging for specific instructions). Treat any splashes to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately. Should any of the products be accidentaly swallowed fdo not induce vomiting, but call for medical assistance instructions and content details. Reseal all containwers after use and ensure product is stored as instructed on the safety section of labelling immediately.
