Refund and Returns Policy
we hope that you love everything you’ve ordered from proudi trading fze. our product categories include bathroom furniture, bathroom mirrors, bathroom spare parts, bathroom taps, bathtubs & shower trays, showers, toilet flush tanks & plates, toilets, washbasins, bricks, construction chemicals, doors & windows, kitchen-related products, tiles, marbles, stones, and water heaters. however, if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange an item within 7 days from the delivery date.
Note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service Team at [email protected]. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. After receiving your email, our Customer Service Representatives will send you the return/exchange instructions via email or WhatsApp. Please follow the instructions to process the return or exchange.

Order Cancellation:
For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but before they have been shipped, we will offer a full refund. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package. You will receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Return/Exchange Process:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Once your return or exchange has been processed, we will notify you by email. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you can generally expect to receive it within 5 to 10 business days. If no refund is received, please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or call.
Note: All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unused, and with all original labels attached in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.
