Product Description:
EuroCreete SL 303 is a high-quality self-leveling cementitious compound designed for use as a smoothing layer on a wide variety of floor substrates. It is ideal for leveling uneven floors, ensuring a smooth, level surface before applying flooring systems such as tiles, carpeting, vinyl sheeting, linoleum, rubber, and other sheet materials.

COVERAGE

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Preparation:

1. Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and free from loose material, oil, paint, grease, etc.
2. New concrete must be cured for at least 21 days before application.
3. Repair large cracks and pinholes using EuroRepair FC and Epoxy Floor Repairs.
4. Saturate the surface with water prior to applying the leveling compound.

Priming:

• Apply EuroBond SL 207 primer diluted 1:1 with water before application.

Mixing:

• Mix 25 kg of EuroCreete SL 303 with 6 L of water using a drill fitted with a paddle until a free-flowing, self-leveling consistency is achieved.

Application:

• Pour the mixed material onto the primed substrate.
• Spread the material using a trowel or squeegee to allow it to self-level.
• Immediately roll the surface with a roller to release air and achieve the final level.
• Do not attempt to float the setting surface.
• Complete the pouring and levelling as a continuous process until the designated area is finished.

CLEANING

• Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use.

CURING

• Generally, curing is not required. However, under harsh conditions, freshly hardened surfaces should be cured for 2 days using wet hessian covered with a polythene sheet.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
• Shelf life: 24 months when stored in factory-packed, unopened containers.

LIMITATIONS

• Do not apply if the substrate temperature is below 5°C.
• Proper surface preparation is essential for the success of the self-leveling application.
