Nurphalt is a cold asphalt blend, designed for guaranteed pothole repair. With its unique mix of asphaltic polymer adhesives and graded aggregates, it promises long-lasting results. Its versatility allows application in various conditions, from -40°F to 168°F, on surfaces like highways, sidewalks, and driveways. It’s easy to apply—no mixing, heating, or special equipment required, making it the most convenient and cost-effective solution for patching potholes.
Application for First Time Permanent Repairs
- Saw cut a ‘picture frame’ around the repair or reinstatement area
- Ensure the area of clear of debris
- Seal vertical edges and substrate with Nurphalt(Cold Bitumen)
- Apply the product to a depth of approximately 45mm / 1.77in and compact to 30mm / 1.18in in order to achieve your first layer.
- Re-apply Nurphalt(Cold Bitumen) to vertical edges before a second layer of Nurphalt(Cold Bitumen) is applied
- Repeat step 4 to achieve the 60mm / 2.36in depth
